Willem Beerling
Willem has spent over four decades immersed in the building industry, and that experience shows in the way he approaches every project. He grew up around construction, learning the craft from his father, and has carried that hands‑on, practical mindset throughout his career.
Today, Willem specialises in drafting and coordinating projects for owner builders, shed homes, tiny homes, Eco Block homes and extensions. He brings a personal, grounded approach to the drafting process, helping clients refine their ideas, understand their options and make decisions that lead to better outcomes on site.
Willem is his honest, reliable and flexibile. He’s the kind of person who answers the phone, explains things clearly and genuinely wants your project to succeed. His innovative thinking and deep industry knowledge mean he can foresee issues early, solve problems before they become expensive and keep everyone — engineers, certifiers, architects and council — aligned.
